<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device safety of which can be ensured when power is interrupted. <P>SOLUTION: The controller (106) of a power storage device comprises a power storage means (101), a power storage circuit (100), a main switch (103), a capacitor (104), and a discharge circuit (105).
