PURPOSE: A firm office chair is provided to shorten time to connect a seat plate frame to a back frame. CONSTITUTION: A firm office chair comprises a seat plate frame, a back plate frame(14), a connection block(70) and bolts(B). The seat plate frame is installed on the seat plate frame. The seat plate frame includes connection plates(50). The back plate is installed in the back plate frame. The back plate frame includes the connection socket(60) in which the connection plate is inserted. The connection block is inserted into the connection socket. As the connection plate and the connection blocks are inserted, the bolts combine the connection socket, connection plate, and connection block.
