<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microalgae filtering apparatus capable of collecting microalgae within short time while suppressing use of energy as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: Water in which microalgae are floating is stored in two microalgae treatment tanks 11a, 11b, two drop-lids 13a, 13b to which filters capable of permeating water and not permeating microalgae are fitted are suspended on both ends of a balance 14, equilibrium balance of the two drop-lids 13a, 13b suspended on both the ends of the balance 14 is broken by moving a movable weight 17, and either one of the drop-lids 13 is inserted into the microalgae treatment tank 11. The drop-lid 13, while separating water and microalgae, falls in the microalgae treatment tank 11 by its own dead load, concentrates microalgae and collects the concentrated microalgae. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
