The mechanism for holding and opening the pivot arm has a movable carriage which carries two eccentrics between which there is a lever with possibility of turning and fixing its angular position. The rod has a holder. The system for measuring rudder opening time, in addition to the unit for matching parameters, has a power supply unit, a for generating time intervals, a display unit and two optical converters, one of which is mounted on the holder of the rod and the other on the lever of the movable carrier, wherein the fixed part of the rudder and the pivot arm are connected by a torsion bar. ^ EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring rudder opening parameters, shorter duration of tests, high reliability of the stand. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
