PURPOSE: A boost converter is provided to improve the level of an output voltage by applying a control signal of a low duty ratio to a switching device. CONSTITUTION: A first boosting unit(110) generates a first power by boosting input power. A second boosting unit(120) generates a second power by boosting the input power. A rectifier(130) is connected in parallel to the first boosting unit and the second boosting unit. An output unit(170) outputs the added result by adding the first power to the second power.
