INSERT MOLD TRANSCRIPTION FILM HAVING IMPROVED CONTAMINATION RESISTANCE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An insert mold transfer film with excellent staining resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve staining resistance by including acryl based polymer which contains fluorine in a first hard coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an insert mold transfer film comprises the following steps: forming a release layer(2) at the upper part of a base film(1); forming a first hard coating layer(3), which includes an acryl based polymer which contains fluorine, at the upper part of the release layer; forming a second hard coating layer(4) at the upper part of the first hard coating layer; forming a printed layer(5) at the upper part of the second hard coating layer; forming a primer layer(6) at the upper part of the printed layer; and forming an adhesive layer(7) at the upper part of the primer layer. The base film includes PET (Poly Ethylene Terephthalate) or PETG (Poly Ethylene Terephthalate Glycol) resin. The release layer includes a melamine based polymer resin or a silicon polymer resin. The first hard coating layer includes 90wt% of the fluorine-containing acryl based polymer based on 100wt% of photo-crosslinkable solid material.
