摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A metal flexible dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve durability by preventing an electrolyte leakage. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode substrate is made by forming a dye layer on a TiO2 nano particle layer(S310). A first sealing wall is formed by firstly sealing a second barrier layer and a top electrode substrate with sealing materials(S311). A second sealing wall is formed by secondly sealing the top electrode substrate and the bottom electrode substrate with sealing materials(S312). Electrolytes are injected between the top electrode substrate and the bottom electrode substrate(S313). The top electrode substrate and the bottom electrode substrate are coated with EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)(S314).
