Provided is a mechanism which uses a wire (50) to link rotate an operation pedal (12) and a following lever (32) about pins (17, 38) between a lock site and a lock disengage site. The following lever (32) is driven toward the lock site with a spring (33). A wire holder (13) is interposed between the operation pedal (12) and the wire (50). The wire holder (13) is fitted into a long hole (12) of the operation pedal (12), is made to be capable of approaching and separating from the pin (17), and is made to be rotatable integrally with the operating pedal (12) about the pin (17). A right-side holder (11) makes contact with the wire holder (13) while the tension of the wire (50) is received upon the right-side holder (11). A guiding part (18) is disposed which comprises depression parts (16a, 16b) which clamp the wire holder (13) when the operation pedal (12) is in the lock site and the lock disengagement site, and a protrusion part (16c) which the wire holder (13) overruns. |
