摘要 <p>A composite material suitable for glass fiber reinforcement plastic biogas digester and the production method thereof are provided. The method comprises adding 5-18wt% of short-cut glass fiber and 10-25wt% of resin to the mixture of magnesium oxide and water solution of magnesium chloride, mixing and stirring by a mixer at a revolution of 70-100 r/min, then uniformly laminating with the glass fiber fabric. The resin has the characteristics of light weight and high strength, and can enhance the material strength and reduce the material weight. The resin also has fire retardancy and can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the material. The short-cut glass fiber and the glass fiber fabric can effectively enhance the tension strength and the compression strength. The composite material solves the problems of water seepage, gas leakage and poor thermal insulating property in conventional biogas digesters.</p>
