PURPOSE: A power converting device is provided to reduce power consumption by driving a load part with a driving voltage outputted from a constant current converting unit and a power supply unit. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(100) outputs a first driving voltage to a non-inversion output terminal. An inversion output terminal is connected to a ground. A constant current converting unit(130) connects an input terminal and the non-inversion output terminal to the ground, converts the first driving voltage into a constant current source, and outputs a second driving voltage. A load part(140) is connected between the non-inversion output terminal and the ground.
