PURPOSE: A selenization and sulfurization method for CIG(CuInGa) thin films with an aqueous solution method are provided to manufacture a CIGS film solar cell with high efficiency by the selenization and sulfurization of a CIG substrate. CONSTITUTION: A selenization and sulfurization method for CIG(CuInGa) thin films with an aqueous solution method comprise following steps. A Mo(Molybdenum) electrode layer is evaporated on a substrate. A CIG precursor layer is evaporated on the Mo(Molybdenum) electrode layer. Se(Selenium)) or S(sulfur) is evaporated on the CIG precursor layer with an aqueous solution method. The material of the substrate is selected from a group made of soda-lime glass, stainless steel, Ti, Cu, and polyimide.
