PURPOSE: A high-efficient unit-type actuating device of an electro servo press is provided to secure the ascending and descending accuracy and smooth moving of a pressing push rod by a sliding guide roller and a guide roller guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A high-efficient unit-type actuating device of an electro servo press comprises a servo motor(110), a timing belt-type input and output pulleys(120, 130), a pressing load detection load cell(150), a main bearing housing(170), upper and lower shock absorbing plates(180, 250), a ball screw-type rotary shaft(190), a pressing push rod(220), a copper bush for the rod(240), and a sliding guide unit. The servo motor comprises an encoder(111) and a brake unit(112). The input and output pulleys comprise power locks(123, 133) respectively. The pressing load detection load cell measures load in real time. A ball screw groove is formed in the lower portion of the rotary shaft. A ram(450) is installed in the lower end of the pressing push rod. The copper bush for the rod is installed in a rod cover housing(230). The slide guide unit prevents the random rotation of the pressing push rod.
