PURPOSE: A self-supported fall prevention unit is provided to be easily installed and separated on/from a steel beam and to stably maintain the installed state of the steel beam after installation. CONSTITUTION: A self-supported fall prevention unit comprises a coupling unit, a rotating unit, a support steel bar(250), and a horizontal support(110). The coupling unit is coupled to the top edge of a steel beam. The rotating unit is rotatably installed in the outer side of the coupling unit. The support steel bar is detachably coupled to the rotating unit. The horizontal support is detachably installed on the coupling unit by crossing the steel beam in a vertical direction.
