<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet binder suppressing occurrence of binding failure caused by mis-setting of a tape. <P>SOLUTION: A folding guide part 13 twistingly folding the tape T fed from a feeding part 12 to a prescribed direction and guiding to an introduction part 14, can be tilted to a first state set along the width direction in a delivering attitude of the tape T from the feeding part 12, and to a second state set along the width direction in a guiding attitude of the tape T to the introduction part 14.
