The present invention relates to new 4,4'-biphenylamide derivatives having a pharmacological activity, and may be used to treat Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and other neurodegenerative pathologies. The present invention also relates to medicaments containing the aforementioned compounds. 4,4'-biphenylamide derivatives are proposed, having a pharmacological activity, of the general formula 1: in which: HY here and hereinafter denotes a pharmacologically acceptable acid; R1, R1' may be identical or different and each independently denotes ?, C1-C6 alkyl, ?1-C10 alkoxy, halogen, a nitro group, an amino group, nitrile, acyl, aryl; R3, R3', R4, R4', R5, R5', R6, R6' may be identical or different and each independently of one another denotes ?, ?1-?6 alkyl, ?1-?10 alkoxy; R2 as a whole is represented by the general formulae (1.1?), (1.2?), (1.3?), (1.4?), (1.5?). Medicaments for treating cognitive disorders, including attention and memory disorders of various origins are also proposed; for treating behavioral disturbances associated with cognitive disorders; for treating deficit psychiatric disorders with functional psychiatric disturbances; for treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); for treating hypersomnia and narcolepsy symptoms; for treating mood disorders; for improving memory and attention, and also for assisting training in healthy persons during periods of increased stress; to protect against external influences on the central nervous system in the course of surgical interventions under narcosis or during neurosurgical interventions. The said invention enables the range of agents to be expanded that can be used as new effective allosteric modulators of ???? receptors. |
