NOZZLE FOR PLASMA CUTTING DEVICE, AND PLASMA TORCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of cutting quality caused by attachment of an electrode material to the inside face of a nozzle.

SOLUTION: The nozzle 6 for a plasma cutting device is used for a plasma cutting device for jetting a plasma jet on a workpiece arranged at the tip side and cutting the workpiece, and in the nozzle 6, the tip part of an electrode 3 made of hafnium or zirconium is arranged at the inside thereof, and further, an operative gas including oxygen is fed to a space between the electrode 3 and the nozzle 6. The nozzle 6 includes: a cylindrical part 6a; and the tip part 6b. The cylindrical part 6a includes: a tapered inside face 25b which is formed at the inner circumferential part and whose diameter is reduced toward the tip side; a water-cooled face 22 which is formed at the outer circumferential part and cooled with a cooling liquid; and a coating C of a ceramic-based material formed at the tapered inside face 25b. The tip part 6b is formed at the tip side of the cylindrical part 6a and includes an orifice 26 formed at the further tip side of the tapered inside face 25b.
