<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope mounting fixture capable of reducing burdens on a patient while obtaining sufficient propulsive force. <P>SOLUTION: A body 40 of a self-propellable apparatus is mounted on an insert section of an endoscope. On a front end part of the body 40, a feeding roller 56 around which a belt 42 with an end is wound is provided. A balloon 43 is provided behind the feeding roller 56, and a worm wheel 57 and a winding roller 59 are provided behind the balloon 43. When the worm wheel 57 is rotated, the belt 42 is drawn out from the feeding roller 56 and wound up onto the winding roller 59 through the outer side of the balloon 43. Thus, propulsive force is supplied to the insert section. When an outer diameter of the body 40 is small and sufficient propulsive force cannot be obtained, the balloon 43 is inflated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
