<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly correct voltages in a low voltage system and a high voltage system. <P>SOLUTION: When a command voltage VH* conforms to a set voltage V(i) for the first time after starting, detection differences ΔVL, ΔVH obtained by deducting zero point adjustment values VL0, VH0 and a battery voltage Vb, the set voltage V(i) respectively from voltages VL, VH are set as off-set values VLof(i), VHof(i) (S140), when the command voltage VH* conforms to the set voltage V(i) after that, correction values VLaj(i), VHaj(i) are set if the value obtained by deducting the absolute values of the off-set values VLof(i), VHof(i) from the absolute values of the detection differences ΔVL, ΔVH are not less than 0 (S170, S200), and if the value is less than 0, the detection differences ΔVL, ΔVH are reset as the new off-set values VLof(i), VHof(i) (S180, S210).
