SIMPLE MEDIUM USE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, COMPUTER, SIMPLE MEDIUM USE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, AND SIMPLE MEDIUM USING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple medium use management system for preventing leakage of information by permitting use of only a simple medium preliminarily confirmed by a client.

SOLUTION: A management server 1 transmits use permission simple medium information which is a manufacturer name or a model number for specifying a type of a simple medium whose use is permitted to a client 2. The client 2 having a mounting part of the simple medium which is a freely attachable and detachable portable data storage medium stores the use permission simple medium information received from the management server 1, and collects simple medium information for specifying the type of the simple medium from the simple medium mounted on the mounting part. Only when the manufacturer name or the model number of the simple medium information of the mounted simple medium is included in the use permission simple medium information by referring to use permission simple medium information storage means, the client 2 permits write processing or read processing to the simple medium.
