<p>PURPOSE: An input device and a manufacturing method thereof having good sensor sensitivity are provided to form an input device having good sensor sensitivity by forming a decoration layer and a transparent electrode on a transparent planar surface. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(4) is formed on a flexible transparent first surface(2a). An etching layer(3) is formed on a second surface which is opposite to the transparent first surface. A transparent protection layer which covers a surface of the transparent electrode is formed on the first surface. The transparent electrode is composed of a first layer structure.</p> |
