PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE CAULIFLOWER MUSHROOM HYPHA USING GRAIN MEDIUM

PURPOSE: A method for culturing cauliflower mushroom mycelium is provided to quickly produce the mycelium containing rich amount of beta glucan and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing cauliflower mushroom mycelium using a grain medium comprises: a step of transplanting collected strain in a flat medium and performing primary or tertiary sub-culture; a step of cutting myceliums and transplanting and inoculating the mycelium to a test tube; a step of culturing the mycelium in a culture machine at 24-26 Deg. C. and 60-70% of moisture for 22-28 days to form 85% of mycelium surface; a step of homogenizing the flat medium and sterilized distilled water in a homogenizer; a step of inoculating the strain in a liquid medium of a flask; a shaking the mixture at 24-26 Deg. C. for 10-15 days to prepare an inoculum; a step of culturing in the liquid medium; a step of preparing grain medium; a step of inoculating the grain medium into a thermoresistant PP bottle; a step of sterilizing the PP bottle containing the grain medium at 110-125 Deg. C. for 60-90 minutes; a step of inoculating spawn to the PP bottle; and a step of culturing the mycelium.
