PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an erroneous operation of a touch panel and an erroneous operation of an operation button.

SOLUTION: When a touch panel 33 disposed on a front surface of a liquid crystal monitor 28 detects a touch operation on a first area of a display surface of the liquid crystal monitor, a system controller 50 performs control for invalidating an operation on a button disposed at a position nearest to the first area among various buttons disposed at positions different from that of the liquid crystal monitor.
