The present invention discloses a press-open type device with prestressed to open closure (102), wherein the relative stable state relationship of the closure (102) and one of the storage device being connectedly attached by a flexible flake structure (103) is characterized in that when closure (102) is closed relative to the storage device, the connecting flake type structure (103) is bended to appear a prestressed status to opening direction thereby keeping the closure to remain at a stable opening status after it is pressed to open. |
