PURPOSE: An apparatus for fastening a roof antenna is provided to prevent damage to a loop by frictional force between a nut body and a supporting member. CONSTITUTION: A bracket member(200) comprises a bracket supporting part(210) and a bracket body(212). The bracket supporting part supports the bracket body. The bracket body is arranged in a vehicle passing through a hole(220) of a loop(102). A supporting member(202) is combined with a nut member(204) inside the vehicle. The nut member is combined with the bracket body while being coupled with the supporting member.
