FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is implemented based on a base station, the base station obtains its transmission address which is required for establishing an X2 interface connection through an S1 interface using a constructed independent message in order to establish an X2 interface connection between the base stations. The method and device of the present invention can obtain in time a transmission address message of a target base station which establishes an X2 interface with the current base station, which enables the base station to establish an X2 interface and facilitates information exchange between base stations. The integrality of X2 interface attribute management in the automatic optimisation of relations between neighbouring cells is demonstrated. ^ EFFECT: when a base station is powered to work in a network, it is necessary to know the transmission address of the base station which allows establishment of an X2 interface in the environment. ^ 13 cl, 7 dwg |
