PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce the number of source drive ICs and increase readability for clear type characters. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display panel(10) comprises data lines, gate lines, and pixels. The gate lines are formed in a column direction which crosses a line direction. The pixels are arranged in a cell area defined by the data lines and the gate lines. A data driving circuit(120) supplies a data voltage to the data lines.
