FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive tires, particularly, to truck radial tires with tolerable load of 3350 kgf. Proposed tire comprises tread, breaker, carcass made up of inner and outer layers of rubberised cord and bead rings. Said frame is made up of four layers of rubberised cord and one inner group of layers. Number of carcass cord layers of inner group is not more than three. One carcass layer of outer group is turned under bead ring. Carcass cord threads strength is 22-25 kgf/thread, total density of cord threads is 357-403 threads/100 mm. ^ EFFECT: lower tire mass, labour consumption and energy consumption for its manufacturing. ^ 3 dwg |
