PURPOSE: A water purifier is provided to prevent foreign materials, bad odor, and harmful air from being introduced into a purified water tank by blocking the purified water tank from a drain. CONSTITUTION: A water purifier includes a filter assembly(10), a purified water tank(20), a cooling tank(130), and an overflow path(50). The filter assembly filters feed water to become purified water. The purified water tank is connected to the filter assembly by a feed water supplying path. The purified water tank stores purified water from the feed water supplying path. The purified water tank includes a water level sensor(24). The cooling tank selectively receives the purified water from the purified water tank through the purified water supplying path. The cooling tank stores cool water which is cooled below a pre-determined temperature. The overflow path is connects the purified water tank and the cooling tank.
