FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is carried out in a swirling-type furnace having a body with a combustion chamber, a fuel supply device, a forced air supply device equipped with at least one fan, at least one header, air ducts and nozzles arranged along the combustion chamber height tangentially to a conventional solid of revolution, and also a top channel of generator gas discharge and a bottom slag removal device, besides, the fuel supply device is capable of horizontal supply and is located at the bottom, the combustion chamber is equipped with a fuel channel, a header with three horizontal air ducts arranged one above another and equipped with gates is installed outside above the fuel supply device, between side walls of the combustion chamber and the body there is a gap arranged along the perimetre, inside of which the air ducts are separated from each other by horizontal diaphragms, shape of which corresponds to the gap shape, which along height is symmetrically separated by a transverse vertical partition, arranged on the side opposite to the header, and nozzles are arranged horizontally one above the other, but along height at least one per each air duct, at the same time in the horizontal plane the nozzles are arranged at the equal distance from each other in the amount of at least three per each air duct. ^ EFFECT: simplified design of a furnace by increasing efficiency of fuel burning process with reduction of hazardous substances content in a generator gas. ^ 7 cl, 2 dwg |
