PURPOSE: A steam generating apparatus for steaming food is provided to simplify a structure by automatically receiving water without using a pump. CONSTITUTION: A steam discharge pipe(10b) is connected on the top of a water heating container member(10). A water supply pipe(10a) is connected to the side of the steam discharge pipe. A water storage tank member(40) stores water. A heating apparatus(30) heats the water within a water heating container member. A steam discharge value(50) is installed in the steam discharge pipe of the heating container member. The steam discharge valve opens and closes the duct line of the steam discharge pipe with the vapor pressure of the water heating container member. |
