<p>PURPOSE: A portable terminal and operation control method are provided to control various operations using a multi-sequence input method. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(180) displays an action list on one area of a screen. Items corresponding to the operation related to a first object are arranged on the action list. The control unit receives a second input using the second area of the screen in a state which receives a first input. The second input received when a second object is touched. The control unit activates an item corresponding to an operation related to the first and second object in the action list.
