PURPOSE: A mold device for manufacturing pallets is provided to prevent a mold from becoming polluted due to the leakage of hydraulic oil as a hydraulic cylinder is placed outside the mold. CONSTITUTION: A mold device for manufacturing pallets comprises upper and lower joining plates, upper and lower round plates, a melted resin supply unit, upper and lower cores, an insert core, and a lifting unit. The upper and lower round plates are respectively installed in the upper and lower joining plates. The melted resin supply unit is assembled to the upper joining plate. The upper and lower cores are respectively fixed to the upper and lower round plates. The insert core comprises a slide connector and a plurality of inner sliders. The slide connector moves up and down to form the lower openings and peripheral inclined surfaces of the pellets. The inner sliders are horizontally slid along a guide rail in all directions when the slide connector moves up. The lifting unit moves the slide connector of the insert core up and down. The lifting unit comprises a prop with an inclined plane. The prop is slid along an inclined rail, and moves the slide connector up and down.
