The invention provides use of a compound of formula I: (see formula I) for prophylaxis or treatment of a condition that is leukemia, malignant melanoma, Ewing's sarcoma, breast cancer, prostate cancer, neuroblastoma, glioma, myeloma, lymphoma, a gastrointestinal tumor, a gynecological cancer or lung cancer, cells of which express insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor, and the invention also provides use of a compound of formula I for treating a condition which is psoriasis, arteriosclerosis, restenosis after coronary angioplasty or acromegaly. |
