<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect log information, associated with a web application in which trouble occurs, without costing or lowering processing performance in the case of trouble occurrence in the web application. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic log information collecting device makes sure with a user whether to gather a log when receiving a log gathering request from an information processor of a development agency of the web application in which the trouble occurs. When it is confirmed that the log can be gathered, the device refers to a log information database in which the web application and a period of time in which the log is collected are associatively managed, gathers the log relating to the web application based upon the period of time associated with the web application in which the trouble occurs, and transmits the gathered log to the information processor of the application development agency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
