[Problem] To provide an electrically conductive member for electrophotography which is stable and exhibits high electrical conductivity even in low temperature and low humidity environments. [Solution] An electrically conductive member for electrophotography, which has an electrically conductive shaft core and an electrical conductor layer, wherein the electrical conductor layer contains an ion-conducting resin and an ion carrier and the ion-conducting resin has at least one structure selected from among the group comprising formulae (1), (2), (3) and (4) and a structure represented by formula (5) (In formulae (1) to (5), R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each a divalent organic group and X1, X2, X3 and X4 are each independently a sulfonic acid group or a quaternary ammonium salt group. l is an integer not lower than 1 and not higher than 23.).
