<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-emitting laser device that allows reduction in a threshold current. <P>SOLUTION: A surface-emitting laser device comprises: a semiconductor part having a first semiconductor layer 11 and a second semiconductor layer 12; a first reflector 41 provided on the first semiconductor layer side of the semiconductor part; and a second reflector 42 provided on the second semiconductor layer side of the semiconductor part. The surface-emitting laser device further comprises: a second electrode 32 that is provided between the second semiconductor layer 12 and the second reflector 42 and is connected to the second semiconductor layer 12; a connection electrode 50 that is provided around the second reflector 42 and is connected to the second electrode 32; and a current constriction part 20 that is provided between the second semiconductor layer 12 and the connection electrode 50 and can reflect light from the semiconductor part 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
