摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an Mg2Si thermoelectric material and the Mg2Si thermoelectric material manufactured thereby are provided to improve a Seebeck coefficient, heat conductivity, and electrical conductivity by additionally doping with Te through alloying. CONSTITUTION: Mg and Si powder are prepared in an element state. The powder is mixed. The mixed powder is reacted into a solid state. Doping with Te is performed by mechanically alloying a product generated by a solid reaction with Te powder. The Te-doped Mg2Si powder is hot compressed.</p>
