Provided is a weather resistant adhesive composition exhibiting a practical level of adhesiveness, heat and moisture resistance and weatherability using low temperature, short-time aging. The weather resistant adhesive composition contains a polyester polyol (A) for which the acid value is 30 - 150 equivalent/106 g and a polyisocyanate compound (B) formed from an aliphatic polyisocyanate compound and/or an alicyclic polyisocyanate compound, and a laminate in which the composition is applied to a film is also provided.
