The device (1) has a rotatably supported wheel (3) whose peripheral part comprises a set of recesses (5). Locking bodies (6) i.e. balls, are arranged in the recesses, where a housing (2) surrounds the wheel and the bodies. A trapping pocket (10) is arranged behind the bodies in a moving direction of the bodies such that the bodies are held in the pocket after overcoming maximum force exerted by a pressure body (9), and exposed to reduced force of the pressure body. The bodies are moved from the pocket in an opposite moving direction after overcoming the maximum force exerted by the body. The pressure body is designed as a ball or magnet.
