<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pipe welding device improved so as not to cause inconvenience such as causing a clearance between a step height side surface and a tube end surface by an insertion shortage of a welding joint and a tube, due to becoming a normal insertion state of allowing the tube end surface to abut on the step height side surface of the welding joint, when welding a pipe end part and a tube end part by melting a joining part. <P>SOLUTION: This resin pipe welding device A is constituted so that the pipe end part 4A and the tube end part 11A can be welded by heating and melting the joining part s by heating of a heating part 7 externally surrounding the joining part s formed by fitting the pipe end part 4A of the fluororesin welding joint 4 and the tube end part 11A of a fluororesin tube 11, and includes a clamp 2 capable of externally surrounding and locking the tube 11 in a place separated by a predetermined distance from its end surface 11t, and a welding device body 1 capable of locking the clamp 2 in a state of determining a relative position in the tube longitudinal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
