A method for selecting, from multiple first gateways which are gateways with respect to a first network and multiple second gateways which are gateways with respect to a second network and are included in an intermediate network connecting the first network and the second network, a set of a first gateway and a second gateway, said set performing a process of establishing a user data route that connects the first network and the second network, wherein the first gateway which will form the set is selected from the multiple first gateways on the basis of a message requesting the establishment of a route, and when one of the multiple second gateways is implemented in the physical device in which the selected first gateway is implemented, this one second gateway is selected as the second gateway which will form the set. |
