<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a powder for a cosmetic having, when compared to conventional powders for cosmetics, a better skin feel, and high functionality such as a UV blocking ability, and also to provide a cosmetic using the same. The cosmetic is a metal oxide conjugated highly-flat cellulose powder obtained by mechanically grinding a cellulosic material, a grinding aid, and a metal oxide, and combines the same.</p> |
