<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated metachromatic fabric of which a color changes and corrugation formed on the fabric provide a special aesthetic impression and decorative effect, and which exhibits special color effect in combination with metachromasy and the corrugation, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The corrugated metachromatic fabric 1 and the method of manufacturing the same are characterized by that the fabric is formed by bonding a fabric or resin sheet 3 on a rear surface of a metachromatic fabric 2, and the metachromatic fabric and the fabric or resin sheet have a plurality of attaching parts and non-attaching parts.
