<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an image printed on a medium higher in definition while suppressing a decrease in printing speed. <P>SOLUTION: In the printer, a recording head ejects ink droplets smaller than a predetermined value for a period of time while moving in one main scanning direction and not ejects ink droplets smaller than the predetermined value but ejects ink droplets larger than the predetermined value for a period of time while moving in another main scanning direction, and a blower unit stops blowing for the period of time while the recording head moves in one main scanning direction and blows for the period of time while the recording head moves in the other main scanning direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
