The apparatus has an electrical generator (10) comprising a coil that is driven on a linear track relative to a magnet by oscillations of an oscillating compressor (6) in order to produce movements, so that the generator is energized by oscillations of the compressor. The linear track is oriented along oscillation direction of the compressor. An elastic element i.e. helical spring, drives the magnet from an end region into a central portion of the linear track. The electrical generator supplies power to a battery, a display, light and a fan of the apparatus.
