MATERIAL FOR ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR THIN FILM, AND METHOD FOR FORMING ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR THIN FILM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for an organic semiconductor thin film which can easily manufacture a uniform organic semiconductor thin film formed by a printing film-forming method over a large area, has a high electron mobility and a high on-off value and can form an organic semiconductor thin film by a dispersion liquid application method using fine particles, and to provide an organic semiconductor thin film and organic transistor.

SOLUTION: There is provided a material for an organic semiconductor thin film that can be used as an n-type organic semiconductor element. The material has a phase transition temperature in a temperature range of 80°C to 250°C, and includes naphthalene tetracarboxylic diimide derivative represented by the following general constitutional formula (1). An organic semiconductor thin film and an organic transistor are also provided.
