<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable W/O type gel-like cosmetic having excellent moisture retainability and feeling of use, having a transparent or translucent beautiful gel shape, and having all the superior functions as a makeup base. <P>SOLUTION: In order to prepare an excellent transparent gel composition having good balance between moisture retainability, feeling of use, and preference, while securing stability, each refractive index of a water phase and an oil phase of the W/O type gel-like cosmetic and a difference therebetween, a weight composition ratio therebetween, and each blending amount of a surfactant and a silicone-based elastomer are optimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
