<p>A fuel tank system capable of purging a canister without relying on negative pressure acting from the engine and having excellent energy efficiency. During fuel filling, gas within a fuel tank (14) moves to a canister (40) and vaporized fuel is adsorbed by the canister (40). The inside of the fuel tank (14) can be set to negative pressure by separating an atmospheric component from gas within the fuel tank (14) by a gas separator (16) and discharging the atmospheric component. The negative pressure is caused to act on the canister (40) to purge the canister (40).</p> |
