PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a metal particle-aligned film in which metal particles are aligned in a polymer in layers with a specific interval in parallel with a substrate. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the metal particle-aligned film comprises (A) a step of forming a polymer film containing a metal component on a reflection substrate and (B) a step of irradiating the polymer film with a light having a specific wavelength.
