PURPOSE: A transformer coil and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to stably wind a coil wire by minimizing the deformation of a cross section of the coil wire. CONSTITUTION: A coil wire is compressed by passing through a pair of compression rollers. The compressed coil wire is wound around a control roller once or more times. The compressed coil wire passing through the control roller is wound around a winder(20). The compressed coil wire passes through a bending roller(22). The coil wire passing through the bending roller is wound around a winder(24).
